Create Possibilities is all about the power of the positive.
Our products send a positive message, but they also provide us with a way to make a positive difference in the lives of children with Cerebral Palsy. When I began to shift my perspective (and find new meaning in the letters CP), I knew that it was going to take more than just fun phrases and cute ideas to tackle the serious problems faced by families dealing with CP. We were going to need MONEY, because as much as we hate to admit it, money does make the world go ‘round.
Cerebral Palsy is one of the most costly conditions to manage effectively, with a lifetime average cost close to $1 million dollars per individual. And this amount only covers “managing” the condition, not funding research or providing special treatments.
The money raised by Create Possibilities, either through donations or the purchase of our products, goes directly to researchers and facilities whose focus goes beyond the management phase of Cerebral Palsy. Organizations like Shriners Hospitals for Children and the Cerebral Palsy International Research Foundation are actively searching for and testing the newest ways to treat, and hopefully cure, Cerebral Palsy in our lifetime.
